The shipping methods available for your order are shown on the checkout page, depending on its contents. In addition to Japan, we also ship to some countries and regions in Asia, Europe, Oceania, and Canada.

If you order only one Click Post-eligible item, shipping is free nationwide regardless of the order amount.

Gift wrapping (Japan only)
Gift wrapping is free of charge. Please check "I would like gift wrapping" in the cart before proceeding.
Click Post uses simple packaging and does not support gift wrapping. If you would like gift wrapping, please select Sagawa Express on the checkout page.
Preferred delivery date and time (Japan only)
You can specify a delivery date and time slot from "Preferred delivery date and time" in the cart. You can choose a date at least 2 days after the shipping deadline (2 business days after your order date).
Time slots: Morning (8:00–12:00) / 12:00–14:00 / 14:00–16:00 / 16:00–18:00 / 18:00–21:00.
This is available only for delivery by Sagawa Express. Click Post is delivered to your mailbox, so the date and time cannot be specified. We may be unable to deliver on the specified date and time to remote islands and some areas, or due to weather or traffic conditions.

Cash on delivery, bank transfer, Click Post, and specifying a delivery date and time are not available for international shipping. Delivery may take longer due to weather or customs conditions.

Will I be notified when my order ships?
When your order ships, we will send you an email with the tracking number. If you do not receive it, please also check your spam folder.
Can I specify a delivery date and time? (within Japan)
You can specify it from "Preferred delivery date and time" in the cart. You can choose a date at least 2 days after the shipping deadline (2 business days after your order date).

We may be unable to deliver on the specified date and time to remote islands and some areas, or due to weather or traffic conditions. If you are not home, you can change the date and time using the delivery company's missed-delivery notice.
How much do I need to spend for free shipping within Japan?
Shipping is free on orders of ¥5,500 or more (tax incl.). Also, if you order only one Click Post-eligible item, shipping is free nationwide regardless of the order amount.
