About cash on delivery
Please pay the delivery company in cash when your order arrives. Credit cards and electronic money cannot be used.
On the checkout page, select "Sagawa Express (Cash on Delivery)" as the shipping method, and also select "Cash on delivery" as the payment method. The COD fee of ¥330 (tax incl.) is included in the shipping rate.
Click Post is delivered to your mailbox, so it cannot be used with cash on delivery.
About bank transfer

If we cannot confirm your payment within 7 days of ordering, your order will be canceled.
Security
Card information is processed by Shopify's payment system and is not stored on our servers. All communication on this site is encrypted.
Cancellations and refunds
We can accept cancellation of your order before we begin preparing it for shipment. Refunds are returned to the payment method used for the order. For bank transfer and cash on delivery payments, we will transfer the refund to a bank account you specify (we cover the transfer fee). Depending on your card company's billing cycle, it may take some time for the refund to be reflected.

FAQ
Can I pay in installments or by revolving credit?
We accept single payments only. If you would like to pay in installments, please contact your card company.
Can I use cash on delivery or bank transfer?
Yes, both are available.
For cash on delivery, on the checkout page please select both the shipping method "Sagawa Express (Cash on Delivery)" and the payment method "Cash on delivery". The COD fee of ¥330 (tax incl.) is included in the shipping rate. Click Post does not support cash on delivery.
Bank transfer is prepaid. Please make the transfer within 7 days of ordering. Bank transfer fees are paid by the customer. We will ship within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after confirming your payment.
Can you issue a receipt?
Yes. Please enter the recipient name and the purpose (description) in the "Notes" field of the cart when you order. We will include it with your items.
If nothing is entered, the "Order confirmation email" sent after your order is completed can be used in place of a receipt.
