- Sagawa Express: Hokkaido ¥550 / Okinawa ¥1,100 / other regions ¥330. Free shipping on orders of ¥5,500 or more (tax incl.). Click Post (up to 1 eligible item) is free anywhere in Japan. If you use cash on delivery, a COD fee of ¥330 (tax incl.) is added (Hokkaido ¥880 / Okinawa ¥1,430 / other regions ¥660; ¥330 for orders of ¥5,500 or more, tax incl.).

- Shipping fees are charged in addition to the sale price. If you use cash on delivery, a COD fee of ¥330 (tax incl.) is included in the charge for the shipping method “Sagawa Express (Cash on Delivery)”. Bank transfer fees are paid by the customer.

- We ship within 2 business days of your order (excluding weekends and holidays). For bank transfer, we ship within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after confirming your payment. You can specify a delivery date and time slot from "Preferred delivery date and time" in the cart. You can choose a date at least 2 days after the shipping deadline (2 business days after your order date). This is available only for delivery by Sagawa Express and cannot be specified for Click Post.

- We deliver by EMS (Express Mail Service) to the following countries and regions. Asia: South Korea, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia. Europe, Oceania and Canada: United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Australia, New Zealand, Canada. Shipping fees depend on the destination country and weight, and are shown on the checkout page. Free shipping applies to orders of ¥30,000 or more (tax incl.) for South Korea, China and Taiwan; ¥40,000 or more (tax incl.) for other countries and regions in Asia; and ¥50,000 or more (tax incl.) for Europe, Oceania and Canada. Customs duties and clearance fees are paid by the customer in accordance with the rules of the destination country.
