Time to Shipment

We ship within 2 business days after your order, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. For bank transfer payments, we ship within 2 business days after confirming your payment, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Once your order has shipped, we will email you the tracking number.

Domestic Shipping Fees

Delivered by Sagawa Express (tax included).

  • Other regions: ¥330
  • Hokkaido: ¥550
  • Okinawa Prefecture: ¥1,100

Shipping is free nationwide on purchases of ¥5,500 or more (tax included).

If you use cash on delivery, a cash-on-delivery fee of ¥330 (tax included) is added to the shipping fee above (Hokkaido ¥880 / Okinawa Prefecture ¥1,430 / other regions ¥660). For purchases of ¥5,500 or more (tax included), only the ¥330 cash-on-delivery fee is charged.

Click Post eligible items (orders of up to 1 item) are delivered to your mailbox with free shipping nationwide. Because they are delivered to the mailbox, date/time specification, cash on delivery and compensation are not available.

Preferred Delivery Date and Time

You can specify a delivery date and time slot from “Preferred delivery date and time” in the cart. The earliest date you can specify is 2 days after the shipping deadline, which is 2 business days after your order date.

You can choose a time slot from: Morning (8:00–12:00) / 12:00–14:00 / 14:00–16:00 / 16:00–18:00 / 18:00–21:00. This is available only for delivery by Sagawa Express and cannot be specified for Click Post.

Delivery on the specified date and time may not be possible for remote islands and some areas, or due to weather or traffic conditions.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery is 2–4 days for Hokkaido and Okinawa Prefecture, and 1–4 days for Honshu, Shikoku and Kyushu. Delivery may take longer for remote islands and some areas, or due to weather or traffic conditions.

International Delivery

In addition to Japan, we deliver to the following countries and regions by EMS (Express Mail Service). Tracking is available.

  • Asia: South Korea, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia
  • Europe, Oceania and Canada: the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Australia, New Zealand, Canada

Shipping fees are determined by the destination country and weight, and are shown on the checkout page. Shipping is free on purchases of ¥30,000 or more (tax included) for South Korea, China and Taiwan, ¥40,000 or more (tax included) for other countries and regions in Asia, and ¥50,000 or more (tax included) for Europe, Oceania and Canada.

Customs duties and customs clearance fees are borne by the customer in accordance with the rules of the destination country. Cash on delivery, bank transfer, Click Post, and specifying a delivery date and time are not available for international delivery. Delivery may take longer due to weather or customs clearance.

Incorrect Addresses

If an item is returned to us because the address you entered was incorrect, the shipping fee for reshipment will be borne by the customer. Please check your shipping address before confirming your order.
